Reporting Off Campus

We encourage you to report incidents of sexual violence, relationship abuse or stalking to the local police, as well as to college personnel. If you choose, you may also contact the Crime Victims Services Unit of the Albany County District Attorney’s office about the process for filing criminal complaints.

If you wish, a Siena College staff person will accompany you and assist you in filing a report with the police.

If the perpetrator is a member of the College community, you may also pursue campus conduct review proceedings.
