Sexual Violence Prevention
Sexual violence is an issue of significant concern on American college campuses, including Siena College. At Siena College, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive violence prevention programs and resources to support survivors of sexual violence and protect the campus community. Our approach is rooted in our Franciscan and Catholic tradition, which affirms the unique worth of each person and shares a commitment to building a world that is more just, peaceable and humane. Violence of any kind – including sexual violence – is antithetical to our values and to our vision of what it means to live and learn in a safe, respectful and inclusive community.
On this website you will find information to help you recognize, report and prevent sexual violence. You will also find information about relationship abuse and stalking; behaviors which also contradict our core values and which will not be tolerated at Siena College.
