Siena ITS provides some general services to the Siena College community.  These include:

Computer Labs

Siena has two 24-hour computing labs for use by students, allowing them to work when they aren't in their rooms.  On the lab computers, files saved in "My Documents" get put into the student web folders, so they can be accessed anywhere on the Internet. 

Labs are located in the Standish Library and in Hines Hall.

Computer Repair

ITS does not repair student computers.  (We do not have the staff to do so). However, we do answer questions via the Call Center and assist with FRANet connections.

 

If you’re having a problem, contact your computer manufacturer or dealer.  Contact the Call Center as 783-2573 for local service providers.
