How do I change my password?

Please don't chance your password until you come onto campus. If you make a change and then forget your new password, you won't be able to log on until you can come to campus to reset it. Passwords can be changed when you come onto campus.

I received an e-mail telling me to change my password.  Why?

This is an e-mail indicating that you are set up with Postini, our spam filter. It is not necessary to change the Postini temporary password; when you need to make changes to your spam filtering (and few people have to), it's a simple matter to get a new one. Just ignore the e-mail.

I made a password change but can't log in.

If you have changed your password after clicking on the link in the e-mail, you have only changed your Postini password. Your e-mail password has not changed.  Continue to use it.
