The Tri-City Women's Empowerment Conference is a free day of workshops, presentations and a mini-expo held at Siena College for women. In collaboration with Circles of Mercy (Rensselaer), the Siena College Sr. Thea Bowman Center for Women invites women looking to feel empowered and inspired.
