ITS Support for Student Computers

• Assuming you have a good, working computer that meets our minimum specifications/recommendations , we will do everything in our power to get you connected to our network and keep you connected.  This includes adjustments to various configuration settings; help with malware infections, troublesome ports, programs which may block access to the internet (internet security suites, zone-alarm, etc.).
• Beyond this…if you begin to experience hardware issues or require software installation, you will need to contact your vendor (don't forget to bring all of your PC's paperwork/support phone numbers with you to campus, just in case) or bring your computer to a local repair shop.
