Siena College Hockey Intense Mini Camps

When:                         August  13th & 14th, 2011  and  August 27th & 28th, 2011

Location:         Albany County Hockey Facility (ACHF)

Itinerary:         Saturday

9:15 am                                Check in / Welcome / Introduction

10:00 am – 11:30 am        Dry land / Stretch / Circuit Training

12:15 pm – 1:45 pm           On Ice – Circuit training

2:00 pm – 3:00 pm             Lunch provided at rink

3:45 pm – 5:15 pm             On Ice / Position Specific

5:30 pm – 7:30 pm             Dinner break on own

7:30 pm – 9:00 pm             On Ice Small Games / Competition

Sunday

8:30 am                                 Meeting @ Rink

9:00 am – 10:30 am           On Ice / High Tempo Flow

12:30 pm – 2:00 pm           Scrimmage

2:15 pm                                 Camp Critique/Depart for Home

Cost:                $165.00

Note:                              

·       Players need to bring shorts, sneakers, t-shirts, toiletries and towel for dry land. 

·       All players must wear full cage and all hockey equipment is required.

·       Overnight accommodations and dinner are the responsibility of each player.

·       Camp fee is $ 165.00 includes lunch, snacks, drinks.
