Navigating the requirements page on Web 4 Student

The requirements page outlines all unsatisfied and satisfied requirements for the academic year. Using the information provided on this page, you can quickly identify requirements that are needed by the Financial Aid Office to process your aid.

For each requirement the student is provided:
 

  • Requirement name

  • Requirement status

  • Instructions (not for all requirements)

  • Link to a related document or website (not for all requirements)


For each item listed in the unsatisfied section, you should follow the steps provided after clicking the instructions icon to complete your requirement ASAP.
 
Understanding the status of your requirements

The status of your requirements is very important and helps you understand necessary actions that are required by you to finalize your aid package. The chart below provides information about each status that you may see while using your Web 4 Student account.
 

 

Requirement Status (on Web 4 Student)
Status Meaning
 
Satisfied
A requirement has been received, reviewed and processed by the Financial Aid Office.  
 
 
Received, Under Review
A requirement has been received by the Financial Aid Office and is currently being processed.
 
 
Reviewed, No Change To Aid
A requirement has been received by the Financial Aid Office, has been reviewed and no change will be made to your aid package.
 
 
No Action Required
No action is required on the part of the student or parent. The Financial Aid Office has resolved this requirement based on the information provided on your FAFSA.
 
 
Needed
A requirement that must be completed by the student in order for their aid to be processed.  
 
 
 
Missing Student Signature
A requirement has been received by the Financial Aid Office and is missing a required signature from the student. All forms in this status are returned to the student and must be completed again.
 
 
 
Missing Parent Signature
A requirement has been received by the Financial Aid Office and is missing a required parent signature. All forms in this status are returned to the student and must be completed again.
 
 
Incomplete, Returned to Sender
A requirement has been received by the Financial Aid Office and is missing required information. All forms in this status are returned to the student and must be completed again. 
 
 
Denied
You have applied for a Parent PLUS or Graduate PLUS loan and it has not been approved.
