Financial Aid Web 4 Student

Using Your Web 4 Student Account To Access Information About Your Financial Aid

Web for Student is a web-based approach that allows you to access information about your financial aid status.

Web 4 Student Best Practices
In an effort to keep your Financial Aid account up to date, it is important that you pay close attention to communication sent to you from the Financial Aid Office and check your Web 4 Student account periodically. Please remember to:

1. Check your Siena email account often. Pay attention to emails that you receive from Financial Aid Office (aid@siena.edu) and members of the Financial Aid Staff.

2. Once you receive your award letter, return a signed copy ASAP. Your Web 4 Student account will not be up to date without returning your award letter. In addition, requirements that are associated with loans that you accept in your award letter will not be posted to your account until your signed award letter is received.

3. Check your Web 4 Student account often. If you have any outstanding items, take care of them ASAP by following the instructions provided for that requirement.

Logging into your Web 4 Student Account:

2.  Click on the ENTER SECURE AREA link to login in
3.  Enter your User ID (Siena Student ID Number).
4.  Enter your PIN
5.  Click on LOGIN

** If you have issues logging into your account (i.e. forgot your PIN) contact the ITS Help Desk (518) 786 - 5000**

How to review outstanding items needed to process your financial aid:

If you have outstanding items for the 2012-2013 academic year, your financial aid will not be processed until the Financial Aid Office has received all required documentation.

After you have logged into your Web 4 Student account;

1. Select Financial Aid Tab
2. Select Financial Aid Status
3. Select Aid Year 2012-2013 from the drop down menu and submit
4. Select unsatisfied student requirements
5. Open the Instruction Icon for each requirement
6. Read and follow the instructions provided for each requirement.

Once your requirements have been completed and received by the Financial Aid Office, your aid will be processed.
