Hello all! I am a history major and hope to be a teacher when I graduate. I am excited to share my knowledge and passion with my students like my professors at Siena have done with me, especially Professor John Vallely. One of the most memorable things I have done as a history major was travel with my Military History class to Gettysburg with him. He makes history come alive, and you don’t just see the battlefield, you feel it. Other visitors have been known to join in on his and Dr. Bruce Eelman’s battlefield tours! I also really enjoy playing sports, and my friends and I have both an intramural flag football team and a floor hockey team. The community atmosphere is what attracted me to Siena and what has kept me here for the last three years. This year, I became a Resident Assistant to give back to this community that has given me so much. I want to help new students (I'm living on a freshman floor) get adjusted to college and love Siena like my friends and I do.
