Hello from Seville, Spain! I am studying abroad this semester, which is helping me to fulfill the requirements for my Spanish minor. Although I am having a great time, I do miss Siena (especially how beautiful the campus is), and I can’t wait to return to all of my friends and activities. I love to dance, sing, play piano, play tennis and travel. I have been fortunate to experience all of this at Siena. I am a member of Banghra, a traditional Indian dance team. On Sundays, I sing in the St. Mary of the Angels chapel choir and sometimes I cantor. As a member of the Asian Students Union I participate in our multicultural showcases Fall Fusion and Expose. Basically, I like to keep busy and I like that Siena let’s me! I also just got back from an amazing summer of volunteer service in Ecuador. I lived in a small village for seven weeks and taught English classes to small children and whoever else wanted to learn. It was an amazing experience. There will be more to tell you in the Spring, my last semester before I graduate and go on to Albany Medical College. I can’t believe it!
