Assistant Professor of American LiteratureAssistant Professor in American Literature - The Department of English at Siena College seeks applicants for a tenure track position in late Twentieth Century American Literature, beginning September 2011. Specialization sought in late Twentieth/Twenty-first Century American literature, including multicultural writers. Course responsibilities will include Survey of American Literature, Literature of the Jazz Age, Literature of the Cold War, Contemporary American Literature, and the introductory Literary Perspectives course. Teaching load is 3 classes per semester with the expectation of scholarly activity.
