HVAC Specialist

Siena College is accepting applications for HVAC Specialist in the Office of Facilities Management. This full-time, 12 month position is to be the resident expert in HVAC and related control systems. Duties include but are not limited to installation, retrofitting, troubling shooting, repair, maintenance & adjustments of HVAC systems & repair of electro-mechanical systems. An Associate’s degree and three or more years of experience are required. Knowledge of Installation and repair of refrigeration equipment & associated wiring, DDC controls, block programming, HVAC & refrigeration sequences and the ability to theorize Microsoft programs is also required.
