Production Supervisor - Siena Research Institute

A full time, 12-month position is available in the Siena Research Institute. The Production Supervisor (PR) will join the senior management team, participating in the call center management and supervision, training and ensuring that call center operations are consistent with the overall Institute goals and objectives. The PR will be responsible for ensuring consistent production in the call center through call center management and training and mentoring of Supervisors and Interviewers. The PR will act as liaison between the management staff and the Polling Supervisors, communicating goals and objectives. The PR will also serve as an assistant supervisor under the Coordinating Supervisor managing evening and weekend call center operations.

Requirements include a high school diploma, previous supervisory experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing the production of multiple projects simultaneously. Other requirements include: knowledge of Microsoft Office; moderately high level of skill using CATI software or similar contact and/or data management software; ability to train and mentor interviewers and supervisors, providing feedback to interviewers and supervisors; and the ability to work with production data. Experience in call center operations plus working knowledge of CATI software or similar computer systems also required, as well as experience in managing office personnel and systems. General position hours Sundays 2-8 PM and Monday through Thursday 1:30-9:30 PM. Schedule flexibility is required.
