Freshman Students

Siena's Online Application offers the following benefits:

• No application fee
• Option to submit a graded paper in place of an essay

If you have decided to use the Common Application, you can still receive the same benefits as the Fast Forward Application by:

• Selecting the "other" fee waiver option on the Common Application website in order to waive the application fee
• Selecting Early Action as the decision type on the Siena Supplement in order to receive a decision in 7-10 business days from date of completion

What's the difference between early action and early decision?

Early Action is a non-binding application. Students are not required to attend Siena upon acceptance.

Early Decision is a binding application. Upon acceptance, students agree to attend Siena and must submit their deposit no later than March 1 for the fall term.

• Essay or graded paper
• One of the following school counselor recommendations:
