Information for New Parents

Welcome new Siena Parents!

We understand the vital role parents play in the college experience, and we want to partner with you to ensure your student's success.  Over the next few months they will continue to learn about the Siena community and prepare for their arrival through our exclusive on-line student website (http://welcome.siena.edu). We have created this site as a resource for you to share much of the same information they will experience through that site, including required forms, important deadlines and resources.   Feel free to contact me directly should you have any questions along the way.

Important Deadlines and Dates

May 21st - all students should have set up and accessed their Siena email account
June 1st - (freshmen only) Academic Interest form completed
June 7th - (all students) complete the Housing License and Meal Plan Selection form
June 7th - (all students) complete the Resident Student Information form
June 14th - (all students) complete the Student Interest Survey
June 21st - (all students) complete all Health Forms
August 16th - (all students) sign up for Labor Day trips
August 28th - (all students) deadline to complete My Student Body online course.
NOTE: students will be mailed their course login information in mid-july and can begin the course upon receipt of the instructions.
August 29th - Move in Day at Siena
October 4-6 - Family Weekend
