Office Coordinator - School of Liberal ArtsSiena College is accepting applications for the position of Office Coordinator in the School of Liberal Arts. The Office Coordinator reports directly to the Dean of Liberal Arts. Responsibilities include budget management, processing of contracts, administrative support for academic departments and programs, oversight of office and classroom facilities, preparation of periodic reports and other projects as assigned by the Dean. Requirements: High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred); 3 years office experience; strong interpersonal and communication skills; proficiency in all Microsoft Office products. Knowledge of Banner software system is preferred. The successful candidate must be computer literate, attentive to detail, collaborative and have the ability to interact in a positive and professional manner with students, faculty, staff and external contacts.
