User Support Technician
Siena College is searching for a key member of our Information Technology Services Desktop Support team. Our professional team serves the data and networking needs of the entire campus community. The individual will support Windows and Mac personal computers, printer installations, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades in a networked environment. This position requires a minimum of an Associate’s Degree in computer technology or a related field. Understanding of an Ethernet LAN environment is desirable. Strong working knowledge of PCs is a plus. Excellent customer service skills and an attention to detail are very important. Physical requirements of this position include lifting and/or kneeling to perform job functions. Siena College offers an excellent benefits program, including a generous tuition benefit.
