First-year Leadership Institute

 

 

The First-Year Leadership Institute is a program intended for first-year students with an interest in leadership and personal leadership development. The program will allow students from a variety of leadership backgrounds to meet and learn more about leadership opportunities at Siena College, as well as explore their own leadership potential. Participants will have the opportunity to:

  • Foster leadership potential and skills to become an outstanding leader through various activities and exercises
  • Explore and define aspects of leadership and types of approaches
  • Develop a personal leadership style
  • Identify and discover leadership opportunities at Siena College

Due to the depth of the content that will be covered, this program will meet bi-weekly from 12:35 – 1:25 pm (Free Period) on the following dates:

  • Monday February 4
  • Monday February 18   
  • Monday March 4
  • Monday March 18
  • Monday April 8                       
  • Monday April 22                   

Participants are required to attend ALL sessions. Completion of this application confirms that participants are committed to attending each session.
