Siena College Annual Fund 2009 - A remarkable year looking back

The Siena Annual Fund witnessed the dedication and commitment of Siena alumni, parents and grandparents, friends, faculty, staff and students as $1.75  million was raised to support the College. These funds will help Siena continue its mission of providing critical support to enhance the Siena educational experience.

The Parents Annual Fund had an outstanding year, raising over $100,000.  Our President’s Circle group donors of $1,000 or more) grew by 73 members.  Nearly 500 alumni, parents and friends became members of the President’s Circle last year. Siena derives strength from the enthusiastic support of parents whose gifts underscore their belief in the power of a Siena education.

Over 6,500 alumni, parents and friends donated to the 2008/9 Annual Fund setting a new College record for donors to the Annual Fund.

Siena is made stronger each year by individuals whose generosity provides students with the educational opportunities and tools needed to succeed and prepare them for lives of leadership, and purposeful engagement. It is the collective support of many that enable Siena to continue its tradition of academic excellence and strengthen a sense of pride for all members of the Siena community.
