 Information Technology Services (ITS) provides support in the use of technology to students, faculty, staff and administrators at Siena College.

Password Reset Information

Information Technology Services (ITS) has implemented a password management system - known as the Password Reset Portal - which will allow users to reset their own password when they have forgotten it. Before the Password Reset Portal can be utilized, users must register at the Portal. Instructions for registering at the Portal as well as resetting a password may be found below.

System Status

During this period a major overhaul and upgrade of the college's VMWare environment will be performed.  VMView access will not be available during this period.  The upgrade will provide performance and security imporovements as well as expanded access via mobile and tablet devices.
