First Year ExperienceThe First Year Experience Program is an initiative by the Office of Residential Life to assist with students' transition to life at Siena College, to create opportunities for leadership development, to promote occasions to explore the on- and off-campus community, to offer programs for social and interpersonal growth and development, and to promote the academic mission of Siena College. Assisting with the work of the First Year Experience are Mentor Resident Assistant's who work with first year students to ensure that all students are having a meaningful and positive experience at Siena College.
