-
Check off the box on the Fast-Forward Application or Siena Supplement Form indicating you wish to be considered for the Higher Education Opportunity Program (HEOP). The application fee is waived for HEOP applicants.
-
Have your guidance counselor submit your official high school transcript, SAT or ACT scores, college essay and guidance counselor recommendation.
-
Complete the HEOP Financial Eligibility Assessment Form, which will be mailed to you after you submit your application for admission.
-
-
A personal, on-campus interview is required of all potentially eligible HEOP applicants once all application materials have been received and an initial review of academic and financial eligibility have been determined by the College. On-campus interviews typically begin in late January.
