Citrix Active-x Add-On

In order to use Citrix from the web, you will need to install an add-on control in your web browser.

In Internet Explorer, the first time you log in, you will be a yellow warning band at the top of your display.

Click on the band and install the control.

The page will refresh. You may then be asked to install a second add-on on your browser.  Click on the yellow band and install the add on.

Citrix should now work.

Note: You may have to close Internet Explorer and log on again for Citrix to work.

Important! You may get a yellow warning bar even though you have already installed both add-ons. This can be ignored. If you try to install the add-on a second time, you will get an error message. Shut down Internet Explorer and log on again.  Ignore the yellow bar.

If you're still having problems installing the Active-X control, you can install it manually.

Other browsers have other methods of installing the add-on.
