Freshman Students
Freshman application requirements include: a completed application, personal essay, school counselor recommendation form, official high school transcript, and official SAT Reasoning Test or ACT report. Official SAT or ACT scores may be submitted by the school counseling office or directly from the testing center. Siena's SAT code is #2814. Our ACT code is #2878.

Transfer Students
Transfer applicants are required to submit a completed application, official transcripts from all colleges and high schools attended, a transfer recommendation form, and official reports of all CLEP Tests and Advanced Placement Exam Scores (if applicable). Apply Online
