Important information about Vacation Housing:
Vacation Housing Request Forms are due per the schedule on the Housing Information page. Late forms and/or verification may be charged a $25.00 late processing fee and/or denied authorization.
Students will only have access to their respective residence hall or townhouse.
All students applying must provide verification of their reason requesting vacation housing.
All Siena Life policies/procedures are in effect during vacation periods. In addition no guest/visitors (this includes current students who are not authorized for vacation housing) are allowed. Students found violating any Siena Life policy will be charged through the student code of conduct system and/or may be removed from vacation housing immediately.
It is critical for the safety and security of all students approved for vacation housing that students not provide access to the residence hall to any other student/individual. Providing such access is a safety concern, a violation of housing policy resulting in a referral to the student conduct system and/or removal from vacation housing immediately.
Approval or denial of a request will be based on the reason for the request, student code of conduct history, and facility availability during the break period.
