Civil Disturbance

The orderly assembly of persons in a free society is legal and is also permitted in Siena Life as long as it does not disrupt the orderly operation of the College.

However, in the event of a gathering that is disruptive and/or violent, it is imperative that you follow the directions of Public Safety and law enforcement personnel.

Stay in touch with official information via campus email, Siena Alert, Public Address systems, etc.
Continue with your normal routine unless directed otherwise by Public Safety personnel or College officials
Do not interfere with those persons creating the disturbance or with authorities addressing the scene.
