SEB Siblings WeekendDear Parents and Siblings of Siena Students, Siblings Weekend is approaching. This year our Siblings Weekend Committee has chosen “Field Day” as their theme for the weekend. This year’s events will be filled with all of the excitement of a traditional field day!Friday night’s events will kick off the weekend with Check-In and Activities in the Maloney Great Room. There will be snacks available and stick around for the showings of Wreck-In Ralph and Remember the Titans later in the evening! Saturday will include an afternoon of exciting events, including a roller skating rink (height and age restrictions will apply) and carnival foods. Activities that may specifically interest younger siblings will include inflatables, face painting, and temporary tattoos. Older siblings may participate in a Chaos Obstacle Course and Velcro Wall. During the evening hours join us for a non-stop show by Travelin’ Max, followed by Bingo! Below are forms (pdf format) that MUST be filled out by the parent(s) or legal guardian(s) for the sibling(s) wishing to attend SEB Siblings Weekend 2013. These forms will be kept on file for emergency purposes for the duration of the weekend. These forms are as follows: SEB Siblings Weekend 2013 Registration and Consent & Release Form - Please submit one (1) per family. *Siena College Activity Release and Indemnification Agreement - This release is required for participation in the Field Day Carnival on Saturday, April 6th, 2013. Please submit one (1) per minor child. **Roller Skating Rink Waiver - This release is required for access to the roller skating rink activity. Please submit one (1) per minor child. Please remember that without signed forms on file, minor children will be unable to participate in SEB Siblings Weekend 2013 events and activities. Forms will NOT be accepted by fax.
