Booking Rooms in the Sarazen Student Union
The various rooms and areas in the Sarazen Student Union are available to be reserved for events, meetings, conferences, and the like. Depending on the type of the event, the anticipated attendance, and the facility needs, there is a selection of rooms to choose from. These include:
You will need the details of the event before you go to book the facility. In order to reserve the space for your event, you must go and see Meghan Agars, Coordinator of Scheduling, in the Office of Conference Services and Events. You will need to provide the name and type of the event, the office, club, or organization sponsoring the event, information for a contact person, dates and times, estimated attendance, and requirements (ie: podium, sound system, catering, etc).
