Oscar has worked in higher education for nine years in many offices ranging from Campus Ministry to the University Mission Office and Student Affairs. His research has focused on offices of mission, students’ religious/spiritual lives and new models for diversity and social justice education.

Christa started her career at Siena College in 2008 as a Residence Director and has overseen Hines Hall and Hennepin Hall before joining the Damietta Cross-Cultural Center. During her graduate studies, she has done different research that focused on international students, LGBT and diversity issues. Christa values Catholic higher education and has a great understanding about Catholic social teaching in relation to social justice.

Christa was born and raised in Hong Kong. She earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication and Sociology from the University of Buffalo, Amherst, NY. She has a Master’s Degree in Education from The College of Saint Rose, Albany, NY.
