Conflict Management and MediationGeneral Overview
Through the Dean of Students Office, Siena College provides trained mediators to assist students in managing conflict through Conflict Management Services.
This service is free and open to all members of the Siena Community. Students may become trained mediators and/or take advantage of the service to assist them in handling a wide range of conflict situations. Other mediators include faculty and college staff.
