Scheduling Library Classrooms
The primary purpose of the three library classrooms is to support library instruction-related activities. Therefore, library instruction will be given first priority, followed by academic-related activities. All other activities and functions will be prioritized on a "first come, first served" basis. Any activity or function that takes place outside of the library's normal hours of operation must comply with the "Use of Standish Library Outside of Normal Open Hours"policy. Audiovisual Screening Room (L-26)This room is a large classroom with chair-style seating that has a capacity of 52 people. It can be used for video screening, lectures, presentations, etc. It is equipped with a computer/video/DVD instructor's station, a digital projector and an enhanced sound system. Rose and Kiernan Library Instruction Lab (L-29)*This room is a 36 seat computer lab with PC's running Windows XP. It is equipped with a computer/video/DVD instructor's station, a digital projector and an enhanced sound system.
McDougal Library Instruction Classroom (L-12)This room is a large classroom with desk-style seating that has a capacity of 42 people that can be used for lectures, presentations, etc. It is equipped with a computer/video/DVD instructor's station, a digital projector and an enhanced sound system. |
