Summary of Services

The Career Center is your partner in the process of career development. We provide programs and services that assist individuals in the 3 stages of the career development process.

Services for Students and Alumni

• Call (518) 783-2339 to set up an appointment with a career counselor for career development and/or graduate school advising
• Make an appointment or come to Drop-In hours to have your resume and/ or cover letter critiqued
• Check your e-mail weekly for our newsletter, the Career Center Update
• Call to set up a Mock Interview with an Employer-In-Residence or Career Counselor to develop your interviewing skills
• Attend Senior Meetings in September or January to assist with your career search
• Attend a Lunch & Learn for information about career-related topics of interest to you
• Set up a Credentials File for graduate school applications or a job search in education
• Use the 4 computers in the Career Center to research employers
• Network with Siena alumni via the Siena College Alumni Network
• Register in CareerSaint to review job and internship listings  (Students have usernames already, alumni can receive information on how to set up an account by calling the Career Center at 518-783-2339)

Services for Employers

• Review the procedures for recruiting at Siena on our Employer Services page
• Participate in our annual Spring Career & Internship Fair held in March
