Our Staff

Debra Del Belso, Director & Career Counselor, 783-2339
Debra has been with Siena College for the past nine years. She possesses a wealth of experience from her background in the private sector (sales and marketing) and elementary education. Debra holds a BS in Business Administration from SUNY @ Oswego and a MS in Education and Counseling from The College of St. Rose. 

Suzanne O'Connor, Associate Director & Career Counselor, 783-2339
Suzanne joined the Career Center in 2002, after many years in the human resources field, specializing in recruiting. She earned her BA from The College of New Rochelle and her MS in Education in College Counseling at The College of Saint Rose in 2006. Suzanne conducts career counseling and programming.  

Annette Parisi, Assistant Director for Employer Relations & Career Counselor, 783-2339
Annette joined the Career Center in 2007.  Prior to Siena College, she had spent several years in the business world in a variety of capacities, including project management and supervisory roles.   She earned her BA from The University at Albany and her MS in Education in College Counseling from The College of Saint Rose.  Annette is responsible for coordinating the recruiting program, networking with employers, coordinating programs and events for students, and career counseling.

Jennifer Heptig, Career Counselor, 783-2339

Jennifer joined the Career Center in August 2010.  She earned her BS in Marketing from SUNY Oswego and in 2005 earned her MS in School Counseling from The College of New Rochelle.  Since 2005, Jennifer has worked in the Career Counseling field in positions at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and the NYS Department of Labor.  Jennifer is excited to be working once again in higher education and conducts career counseling and programming.

Marilyn Gold, Career Services Coordinator, 783-2339
Marilyn Gold is the Career Center’s Career Services Coordinator. She makes certain that the outside office is running smoothly, giving special attention to the workflow of our many student Career Assistants, the alumni Credential files, and the Siena College Alumni Network (SCAN) database. She earned her B.A. in English from Siena College.

Alexandra Berner, Career Center Assistant, 783-2339
Alexandra joined the Career Center in 2013. She is a Siena College alumna, graduating in 2012 with a B.S. in Marketing. She serves a dual role at the Career Center, balancing front office responsibilities and maintaining the office's multiple social media platforms.
