In April of 2004 Dr. David Dollar of the World Bank made one of the presentations in the series "Is Globalization Good for the Poor?" organized by the Globalization Studies Program at Siena College.
 

Abraham George of the  George Foundation also made a presentation in the series "Is Globalization Good for the Poor?"

In April of 2003 the Globalization Studies Program at Siena College organized a trip to the United Nations.
