Moot Court - Mock Trial
Siena College has joined the American Mock Trial Association and competes in intercollegiate mock trials at the regional and national levels. Leonard Cutler, Ph.D., Pre-Law Advisor, serves as the team's educator coach, and local attorney Sonya Smelyansky '03 serves as the team's attorney coach. She is assisted by the Hon. James P. King, Distinguished Jurist in Residence of Siena College.

The Siena College Moot Court/Mock Trial team excelled at the American Mock Trial Association (AMTA) Regional Competition at Syracuse University Law School in February 2008. The Siena team qualified for the national tournament by placing fifth out of 22 competing colleges. full story from 2008 |
