Pre-LawSiena College's Pre-Law program assists students in acquiring the appropriate background and skills to compete in the law school admissions process. Through personal guidance and information, Siena's Pre-Law program seeks to maximize our students' potential for success in the field of law.
On Friday, March 1st, 2013, Siena College and the Law Firm of Girvin & Ferlazzo conducted a ribbon cutting ceremony for the new Girvin & Ferlazzo Moot Courtroom located in Siena Hall 218. The ribbon cutting ceremony took take place during the 9th annual “Capital Region Lawyers’ Reception”. These events are in support of Siena College's Jurist-In-Residence Program. The Pre-Law program is multifaceted in its approach and includes:
Siena Pre-Law Students at the New York Court of Appeals in Spring 2009. Eighty-five percent of our students who applied to law school in 2008 were accepted including all of our Summer Legal Fellows. Siena has established a 4/3 program with law schools. In this program, Siena students can complete their undergraduate education at Siena and then proceed with their law education. |
