Teaching
Paul is the recipient of the 2011-2012 Siena College School of Business outstanding teaching award where he has taught courses in strategy, management, leading change, organizational behavior and research methods.
Research/Professional Activities
Paul conducts quantitative and qualitative research in organizational justice, mentoring, student motivation in electronic learning, succession planning and strategic decision-making.
