Teaching
Dr. DeCasperis is a former Dean of Continuing Education and has been a full-time member of the Marketing and Management Department since 1998. He regularly teaches Business and Organizational Communication and Leadership in Organizations.
Research/Professional Activities
Dr. DeCasperis has done research in the areas of strategic decision making, market segmentation, outcomes assessment, and gender related workplace issues. He presents regularly at professional conferences and his work has appeared in several academic publications.
