Teaching
Dr. Costello has been teaching at Siena since 2002. She teaches courses in organization and management, organizational behavior, and human resources.
Research/Professional Activities
Dr. Costello's research and professional development interests relate to power and change in a variety of settings. She has authored papers on the assimilation of women at Virginia Military Institute, career change, bully behavior, sexual humor, and power relationships in the undergraduate classroom.
