Teaching
Dr. Seifert has been teaching at Siena since 1996. Prior to Siena, he held various corporate positions ranging from chief financial officer to vice president for commercial lending. His main areas of teaching include leadership, organizational behavior and research methods.
Research/Professional Activities
Dr. Seifert’s research and professional development interests align closely with his teaching areas. His primary area of research centers on leadership development. He has conducted several field experiments assessing the effectiveness of various leadership development techniques. In addition, he has conducted research in the areas of applied statistics and pedagogy.
