LEAP and SKIPS

LEAP

 Students on academic probation are required to take part in academic support programming. LEAP is a non-credit pass/fail course that students on academic probation are enrolled in. Students must attend group sessions on themes such as time management, study skills and test taking skills. Students are also required to meet  individually with the supervisor of the LEAP program. Additionally, students are required to some on line activities.

SKIPS

Siena faculty member are asked to notify the AVPAA if students are missing classes.
This can be done by sending the AVPAA an e-mail or by sending an e-mail to the SKIPS hotline at SKIPS@siena.edu.

Faculty should consult Self Service for Faculty to verify the status of a student. If a student has
withdrawn, it will be listed there.

It is the student's responsibility to complete the appropriate withdrawal procedure or be subject to the same grading criteria as attending students.
