Trademark, Licensing and ReleasesTrademark LicensingSiena College owns and controls its name and other marks, insignia, seals and symbols. To protect the integrity of those identifiers, the College has established a Trademark Licensing policy. All uses and applications of the College’s name and marks shown in this Branding Guide on clothing or items of merchandise, whether for sale or internal use, must be approved prior to production. Please contact the Office of Strategic Communications and Integrated Marketing for guidelines. PhotographyIt is important that people in any photographs used have given their permission for their image to be used by Siena College. If the person is less than 18 years of age, that person’s parent or guardian must have given their permission. |
