Offering true one-stop-shopping, the conference services staff will assist event organizers throughout all stages of event planning and implementation.

Arranging details for meeting facilities, audio/visual needs, housing, and dining/catering, the conference services staff makes the process simple. With meeting spaces accommodating groups ranging from a few individuals to a few hundred, and housing options including traditional residence halls, rooms with private bathrooms, townhouse units capable of housing groups of colleagues, and a state-of-the-art residence hall opened in the fall of 2010, Siena College has options to fit the needs of almost any group.

Accommodations

Siena College offers a variety of housing options and ammenities including traditional residence halls without air conditioning, climate controlled buildings containing rooms with private baths, climate controlled townhouses with capacities of 4-8 individuals, and a newly opened, state-of-the-art, self contained residence hall with private meeting rooms, dining facilities, fitness center, and business center.  Regardless of your group's desire, housing options at Siena are sure to meet your needs.

Meeting Facilities

Siena College's academic environment provides meeting and educational settings designed to facilitate the teaching and learning experience. For groups of up to 400 there are air-conditioned classrooms, lecture halls, conference rooms, a theater, and the Maloney Great Room (located in the Sarazen Student Union).  Many of these meeting spaces are electronically enhanced with integrated audio, visual, and computer equipment.

As the needs for both venue size and set-up vary amongst the events and meetings of our guests, please contact the Office of Conference & Event Services to discuss your requirements.  We will be glad to work with you to determine the best fit for your organization.

Dining & Catering

Dining facilities are a place to come together and make connections that will last a lifetime, and as part of the one-stop-shop experience, the conference services staff will arrange dining needs for your event. Our dining services staff is committed to providing fresh, chef-prepared selections for your event including continental breakfasts, all-you-care-to-eat buffets in the dining halls, refreshments and snacks during meeting breaks, private buffet meals and private sit-down catered events.
